Freedom of Choice 1

Just sending out word, in case you aren't aware, that Governor Henry signed HB 2697, allowing Freedom of Choice regarding the maximum number of headlights you can run on a motorcycle, into law on April 19. The Emergency Clause was left on the bill, which means the law goes into effect when the Governor signed it (i.e. IMMEDIATELY!). FYI, if there's no Emergency Clause on a bill in our state, the law goes into effect 90 days after signature.
