 It looks like is has come down to full scale war (?)
here in Missouri  regarding the helmet modification.
Catherine  Hanaway, the Speaker of the  House,
although promising us not to use her position  to hurt or hinder  our efforts,
has not yet put our helmet modification bills on the calendar and time is growing very short.
I am  sending out requests for  further help from everyone in our quest to change
  the mandatory helmet  law in Missouri.
FORR is asking everyone to please  send an email, letter  or phone call to Catherine Hanaway
 and urge her to  put the helmet  modification bill on the House calendar.
Please post  on all list serves and help spread the word that Missouri is asking for  help!
We need to  inundate her before they go on spring break on March  18, 2004.
Please  continue to stress the negative economic impact that
Missouri is  enduring due to it's mandatory helmet law.
