Ok the trip here is not a long one so I headed out about 230 in the afternoon and just enjoyed the trip! I had taken time to fill up with gas on waterloo road and then hit I- 35 the traffic was light because of the time of day I slid down 35 to I 40 and headed east there was a little pick up in traffic but not enough to make it tricky! it was still just an enjoyable ride!  I got to highway 102 south and got off headed south to highway 9 take a right and I'm rolling into the camp ground for the first time all year I'm actually a little early! how the h-ll did that happen! ok I don't know but I'm glad I' m here! I talk to Allen a bit then make my way to my usual camp spot! up under the shade by the showers same place I have been since I started coming! when it is hot there is shade when it storms there is a little protection and in the morning there is no direct sunlight so I can sleep a few min later than normal since I am almost always up way late at this party! oh and last but certainly not least old friends!
I got my camp set up and got my camera out and started taking pic! I wasn't out and about more than 10 min when I found out a long time friend of mine was here from Mo. was here! he moved away for about 8 years! it seems this year is one where old friends are showing up! I'm not complaining it is good to see them!  anytime you get to see old friends it is a plus! there was also some good music and more fun too! 

 there was one group with a trailer and a dancer pole on it! several girls were playing on it! I slipped up on stage and caught a few pic of the band and some of the crowd down below! some how I ended up trying to talk a couple out of leaving because they were drinking! the next thing I know the lady I was talking to decided it was ok to stay and went to go get her stuff when she realized the truck she came in was gone they had left her! they took her keys and purse too!  I made sure she had a safe place to sleep and told her we would figure out where they were in the morning! I headed to bed about 230 or 3am in the morning I started to help her figure out what who and where her stuff was! I was really not to worried that they stole her stuff more like how to get in touch with them! well about 9:30 we decided to take her to her vehicle to make sure it was still where she left it! as we were leaving Rev Bass gave me a watch! I didn't have a place to put it so I ask her to hold it! well when we got to her vehicle we found her purse and keys cell phone and every thing else in it! she was so relieved she left with out giving me back the watch! hon if you read this story please email me I would like to get the watch back!  
 Ok after I got her fixed up I went back to camp and got my camera and started taking pic of the bike show from there I started working on the crowd then it was time for the games! I had a lot of fun playing them!
