Well for this one I got around about 9am and headed to Woodward not much on the bike just a bag of T shirts my wife printed for the club and my camera! north on Broadway to highway 33 then west I stopped in Watonga for gas since the weather was good the trip didn't seem to take too long! it seemed  like no time before I was pulling into the parking lot at the peppermint!  I unloaded the bike and carried the shirts in and then went back and got my camera!

I took a few pic in the peppermint and then it was time to load up and head out! I found a passenger to ride with me to help with the pictures, every time it is a little different route but that is ok I'm not in charge of directions just follow the leader!  I don't know why but I  don't even pay attention to what roads we take just enjoy the ride! I do know I usually fill up in Woodward but thought we would make a gas stop early in the ride so I didn't!  gas is always about 15 cents higher in Woodward which makes me mad, so I thought I would wait! well the first leg was way longer than normal so I was down to about 3/10 of a gal of gas when we got to the first gas station! was beginning to get worried the last 20 miles! my low fuel light had been on for about 40 miles when we stopped! after the fill up we headed on out and finished the trip to the va center! where they were waiting on us

we were just getting things unloaded when the staff shuffled us into the building for dinner! the food was good. the company was better! and we all had a good time! the vnv/mc donated a little over $1000 dollars to the patient fund! I was loading up to leave and head home by 5pm! I got on I 40 and headed east! it had cooled off a little so the ride home was nice with the sun behind me! the side wind was a little stiff but not too bad! by about 830 I was backing my bike into the garage

this is still a fun ride that puts about 450 miles on my bike for the day! I get a good meal and am home in time to sleep in my own bed!  the money it makes goes to our veterans!
well till next time,
