I woke up about 830 in
the morning and wondered over to the hands of prayer tent and got some
coffee and visited for a bit then made my way over and got a bite to eat!
I did a bit of visiting while I waited for every one to get up and around
and to kind of recuperate from the night before! then we got started
on the games both bike games and the people games too! bike games included
slow race, double slow race, winnie bite, tater race, balloon toss, then
the keg toss, buff the woodie, cherry find. pantie pull, the twinkie
gobble, and balloon smash, and toilet paper race or newly wed game which
ever, after all the games were done we took a short break during the
break Sue handed out lots of prizes to the crowd! if you were not there
you missed a very rare spectacle, because there was one hand out I wanted
for my brother in law, and I did what I needed to to get it for him! after
the break every one gathered over by Rowdys grave and Brother Pickle
from Hands of Prayer did a small, memorial ceremony and balloons
were released in honor of Rowdy! after the ceremony we
all took time to get a bit to eat and started the party again! thru
out the evening every one seemed to be having a good time dancing and charring
on then Sue called all the double pickle lickers up on stage this always
gets interesting seeing two girls lick a pickle! I have seen it get a bit
carried away! and the pickle get totally lost! the girls seem
to enjoy putting on the show too! then
more music but unfortunately it was a final performance for one member of
the band he decided to retire and they are a good band too!

in between listing to the music and
taking pic of the crowd I took a little bit of time to play with the fire
for some pic! then it was on to the frozen T shirt contest sue had to
work hard to get enough girls in this contest because of the cold !I think
this contest needs to be a summer only game! the band did two more
sets then it as time for the skin to win contest! it was unfortunately a bit
cold both nights and the girls were not wanting to stay undressed too long
in the cold! they did get undressed though. after that there was more music
and folks were partying close to the fires! once again some where after 2:30
in the morning I wondered off to bed! being on your feet for 18 hours will
wear an old man out! I woke up sunday morning pulled the plug on my air
mattress and then went to the Hands of Prayer tent and got me some
coffee! I talk to Don about some things that I thought would improve his
party while I was having coffee! there were a couple of things we talked
about he said he had already put in the works! so expect this party to get
even better! I think every one had a great time as it was and expect to make
it back next year! well I made my way back to camp and started packing up.
it took me a while extra to pack since I had the thing for my brother in law
and had to find a place on the bike for it! about noon I finally got done
and headed out! the trip was just a nice comfortable ride in the
sunshine. I did the first 7 or 8 miles along the river cautious just in case
bambie was running late. but no sign of him. once I got on the I44 I let the
bike hit its sweet spot on the throttle and cruised. it wasnt long before i
was back in the city and having to watch the traffic!
