I have been trying to get to this one since my friends don and sue started it but it has always been on the same weekend as the VNV dirt drags. well for a change the weekends let me go so I loaded up my bike and headed out! well actually it didn't go quite like that I almost didn't get to go!  my friend pinkie called to see where I was at and kicked started me to get me going! I got out the door about 6:30 which put me there just about dark! well not so dark  I couldn't see to put up my tent.  on the way I had to stop and pee I stopped at a loves and ran into some one I had not gotten to see in a while! I even got a hug out of the deal!  when I got there I ask where a good place to camp was and was told the Forsaken Few had a camp set up I could camp by them!  

that works for me since I have known those guys a long time! Sue seemed to be surprised to see me but I told her if I ever could I would be there!  I got my camera out and started taking pic! now this is part of why I almost didn't make it I was fighting with my D200 nikon and it wouldn't focus right!  After 3 hours of messing around I managed to swap lenses around and get one camera that works! it was my old one but hey I had one! the quality is about half what I have been using but it will do!  it didn't take long for the fun to begin but then it was already going when I got there! I just tapped into it!

Shortly after i got there sue started the pickle licking contest! Actually it was the single pickle licking contest doubles is on Saturday night. the rules are you can do anything with the pickle you want Except!! bite it ok now that the ground rules are done. sue went over it three times and still one girl messed up and bit the pickle! the girls had fun with the pickle I think there might have even been a couple of girls got marriage proposals afterward. In spite of the fact it was kind of chilly there were some misbehaving going on which I really like makes for good pic. I was visiting with one of the girls and she said she had to work the next day so I knew she was staff! I ask her if she wanted to play in the games. She told me if she could she would! ok I'm set for the games!  shortly after they had a stage show Sue auctioned off the pen to write on the girls with and all the guys got left out because a woman got it and seemed to enjoy writing on them! 

the party went on into the night I did manage to get some sleep after about 2am!  For some reason morning comes way to early on weekends when I stay up late. I know I am supposed to sleep in a little but never seem to! I as up and getting a bite to eat when 9 oclock came around! I took a bit to visit with some friends around camp till time for the games to start! I talk to sue and told her I ask her girl to pay in the games she said no problem!  since I had not been here before I I wanted the slow race trophy!
