Well the weather was going to be nice for a change no rain no cold! the party got moved from kaw lake this year so my route changed! they moved it to the west lake camp ground just outside of Enid Okla. the place is a little bit primitive but the owner is working on it! he does a little bit extra each year to improve it! so I rode north up old highway 77 to highway 33 and then west to highway 74 turned north thru Cresent then back west on highway 51 to Hennesey  then back north on 81 to Enid I worked my way thru all the construction at the junction of 81 and 64 then on west to the camp ground! once there I found me a place to set up my tent! I found a good one. then i got my stuff out and got ready to start taking pic!  

after I got camp set I was talking to Bitch Bar and he had left something for his air mattress pump at the house I was took mine over to his camp on the bike needed power for it! I was easing along down the trail when I hit a bump a bottle of water I had on the handle bars bounced out. I tried to catch it but instead it rolled under my tire and I ran over it before I could get my hand back on my handle bars to steady it the front wheel slid off the bottle, and the next thing I knew, my bike was laying on its side! you talk about embarrassing! I can slow race with the best of them and then do something stupid like this.

 It even broke off my low highway peg!  Well that is what i get for not paying close enough attention to what I'm doing! Robers was upset because he felt like it was his fault because I was going to help him.  but I was the one in control! well we got him fixed up and i went a and found another peg to replace the one I broke! ok at this point I need to tell you my media card for my camera decided to scramble all the pic up so nothing is in the right order! don't know what the hell happened with that! any way I will finish telling the story and you know the pic don't show the right order of event this time! I did a bit of visiting with folks as I was looking for parts then I went back and fixed my bike so I was ready for the games. I took a few pic and then I took a couple of the girls for a ride! Callie even posed for a few pic on the bike! we enjoyed the music and fellowship thru out the camp area!   

For those who have not been to this party it has the potential to be a great party! those of us that go have a great time! It has all the fun stuff any other party does but some people just never show up for it! I guess they think that because it is a political event they shouldn't go or something! I cant figure it out! I go to the Indiana abate BOOGIE and Kansas abate party and they are huge! people plan for them all year! they save for them! they also go and work them! each chapter has a specific job they take care of and pretty much all hands show up!
